We obtain the balance of this cup from the combination of Brazilian and Central American washed Arabic coffees together with washed Robustas. The cup is considerably intense, and has a very pleasant aroma of cereals and vanilla. Very delicate taste, combining caramelized and toasted hints, slightly acidic. This coffee stands out for its persistence.
